Rogan is a long-lasting fitness advocate. He began his fitness journey right after high school, where he was introduced to the art of bodybuilding. Shortly after, he ventured into powerlifting, which is where he discovered his passion for strength training and his desire for a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.
Subsequently, he decided to devote his life to helping others by being a certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP). Rogan is also in the process of obtaining his Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at the University of British Columbia as he aspires to become a physiotherapist.
Rogan began his personal training career in 2017 and he specializes in strength & conditioning, weight-loss, hypertrophy training and powerlifting. His ultimate goal is to make physical activity fun and suitable for all kinds of lifestyles.
