I’m a regular at BLK BOX GYM. I very much enjoy the first-class attention to detail that Ken (my trainer) provides me when it comes to personal training. I started my fitness journey by myself a few years ago. I mostly did cardio and then a few compounded exercises that’s suppose to give me a full body workout.
