Obi’s personal fitness regiment is a daily 90 minute full body circuit involving sprints, vertical jumps, reactive exercises with tennis balls and wrestling.

He’s a strict and firm motivator and does not tolerate complaints. He will literally bark out orders and demand full cooperation. 🐕

He’ll sniff out any holes in your fitness routine and make all the necessary adjustments for your success.

He is a certified tail chaser, ball catcher, sock thief and amateur wrestler. His fitness experience will help improve your full body strength, dexterity, coordination and athletic performance.
