David's fitness career started as an Assistant Boxing Coach in 2009, helping run very popular boxing classes, whilst fighting in venues in B.C Canada as an amateur boxer. He then became certified as a Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as Hilltop Academy (BCRPA).
He joined a big chain gym in 2011 and started to focus more on small group and one on one training, incorporating mobility, strengthening, nutritional coaching and boxing conditioning aspects to his sessions. His career has produced dozens of successful fat loss, muscle gain and athletic performance results from his clientele.
With over 10,000 hours of coaching experience , he's helped youth athletes get into their school teams, busy professionals get to their fitness goals and has turned senior citizens into strength athletes.
