Alex Cheung

Alex’s fitness journey began with being overweight in high school. Weight training began as a way to help him get in better shape and gain self-confidence. Since then, he has graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from the University of Toronto, earned his personal training certificate from the NSCA as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and became an active member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists.

Throughout the years, he placed highly and won a Men’s Physique pro card in the International Drug-Free Athletics and placed Top 3 in the Canadian Physique Association as a Classic Physique athlete. Alex has worked in personal training and kinesiology for over 3 years. Now he hopes to spread the dogma that weight training does not only build muscle but builds character and resilience.
