I lost 20 lbs for my wedding day.

I was skeptical at first because I believed my training was sufficient. Boy was I wrong.

I never initially believed in personal training, I just thought you could want to use Youtube videos and follow along with the diet and see if you're doing the exercise correctly, but in reality, it is not like that.

When I was working out without a trainer, I started to experience lower back pain from Improper squat and deadlifts. At the time, i was watching Youtube videos and I could see he's doing the exact same thing and thought I can do the same but its not.

I had muscle imbalances and ways to fix it. My friend recommended to just go see a PT to just make sure if i was doing the exercises correctly. At the same time, i was about to get married and i wanted to slim down. so i thought of what the fastest way would be to kick my butt, and it was to pay someone to kick my butt.

I like it for its gritty, no B.S, no judgement type of environment. If you are serious about training, do yourself a favour and give them a try.
